A systems approach to business software
My background includes a PhD in Ecology, with work focused on complex systems, environmental sensors, Bayesian analysis, and data-driven decision-making. I bring that same systems mindset to software: understanding how people, information, decisions, and bottlenecks interact, then building tools that help the whole business work better.
